Our goal is to establish a legal and policy framework that supports sustainable land use practices and protects the environment.

Enforcement Actions

We prioritise enforcing environmental laws in Zambia, acknowledging the need for robust mechanisms. The lack of strong enforcement hinders effective environmental management. With our legal and technical expertise, we utilise the legal system, through various means, including but not limited to, public interest litigation and administrative action, to challenge any activities or decisions that may have an adverse impact on the environment.
